Jason Chow

Jason Chow is the founder and CEO of sweg, where he leads the company's vision to build intelligent tools that make entire teams more effective—not just the engineers on them. Under his leadership, sweg has grown from a single internal automation into a platform trusted by go-to-market organizations across fintech, commerce, and enterprise SaaS.

Before founding sweg, Jason spent over two decades as a technical sales leader at the world's largest global payment networks. He consulted across 30+ payment products—from tokenization architecture and 3D Secure authentication to fraud strategy and agentic commerce—and served as the centralized technical lead for some of the industry's earliest AI-powered payment experiences. His client engagements spanned the biggest names in tech, travel, logistics, and retail.

But Jason's real obsession was never the deals themselves—it was building the tools that made deals happen faster. He designed an AI-powered document automation system that recovered six figures in annual team productivity. He piloted an AI and prompt engineering curriculum that directly enabled peers to close major opportunities in weeks instead of quarters. He stood up enterprise-grade version control environments from scratch, replacing fragile siloed workflows with structured collaboration. And he built a fully functional agentic commerce demo that gave his entire organization something tangible to put in front of clients.

That builder instinct became sweg. Jason saw that the people closest to the customer were the least served by modern tooling—so he built a platform that works the way they think. His philosophy is simple: solve hard problems cleanly, share what you learn, and build things that outlast any single deal.

“The best technology disappears into the workflow. Our goal is to build tools so intuitive that people forget they're using AI — they just notice they're getting more done.”
